We already know the land deal is closing. They already said it would close shortly. I doubt MMEX would announce VFuels is going to fabricate and assemble and install the 10,000 Barrel/day unit to start with. It would be one of the best scams ever if they had said all this so far and did not follow through on even closing on the property to put the refinery on. It is not a scam. It will be built. The partnership matters, because VFuels is able to make delivery sooner than the original announced fabricator (in Midland) can deliver.
