Why are you so hostile? I'm was trying to understand your point of view - what's with calling me out - I agreed with you for the most part and did not say that the land was closed at time of conference just that it was supposed to happen in a short time period of about 7 to 10 days. (And I did say that was my understanding of what happened at the conference.)
If it takes longer who really cares as long as it happens. The bottom line is that this is a tough project to do and by no means a done deal at this point.
