Pleased to see some rational DD hitting this board. They could build this project very quickly if they knew what they were doing. But they don't. No reason why they haven't secured financing except that they are probably too greedy to offer investors a fare deal. Or, their numbers just don't add up. Or no one trusts their management to execute the plan. Anyone have another excuse why this "can't lose" deal can't get a shovel in the ground?
