If she is lying, what is the recourse? How do we even determine truly if she is fudging her financial documents?

I would think as a fraud examiner she wouldn't, but maybe the training to catch the bad guys would make you a better criminal. ??

Who were those 200 million shares issued to. I've heard people say the farmers but I doubt they would have brokerage accounts. I think Kate should answer this question in addition to the the question about the total OS.
