You have excellent ideas. I have gone to multiple meetings in Duluth on diversification of mining into projects like Poly. The problem we run into is that most of the employed ferrous mining people want to keep the old iron mining going concerns at the top of the priority. They have convinced the US Senators to only fight for tariffs on foreign steel and try to fight to keep iron ore at the top of the priority list. It is clear that they are losing the battle. Domestic manufactures of durable goods and construction material want cheap steel. We have to convince Klobuchar and Franken that PMGs are the future. Right now, Klobuchar and Franken are being influenced by the environmentalists. The environmentalists are refusing to believe that mining for cobalt should be done in the US. They want it done in a third world country, where they have no pressure from the yuppie/hippie US dipshits! The dummies here in Minnesota do not believe that Poly has "Deep Enough Pockets" for financial assurance. The fact remains that the big money around the world is not going to give up on the Duluth Complex and Poly will eventually have to sell off to them, because of Minnefornia's reluctance to make great strides forward. In five years, Minnesota will be dealing with a foreign conglomerate, rather then a Ontario/Saint Paul based company extracting needed cobalt from the grounds of Minnesota!
