HEMPCORE HEALTH products will be sold through a Multi-Level Marketing System throughout the USA

HEMPCORE HEALTH will add several new and exciting products to this MLM line-up

SLAM will be repackaged, rebranded and have at least 1 fully committed distributor
-Has this happened? NO

LVGI will create at least one new beverage product
-Has this happened? NO

LVGI will have its financials Audited and become a FULLY REPORTING Company
-Has this happened? NO

LVGI will have an EFFECTIVE S1 offering to raise at least 1 Million Dollars
-Has this happened? NO

LVGI will have a broker/investment banker/institutional investor network working on purchasing/selling
S1 offering
-Has this happened? NO

LVGI will have MOVED OFF THE PINK SHEETS to another trading platform
-Has this happened? NO

LVGI will be regularly informing our shareholders and the public through social media, via "tweets",
"blogs" and other formats, along with frequent updates uploaded on the OTCIQ portal.
-Has this happened? BIGGEST NO EVER!

We are now a couple days from 7 months into the 2017 year and literally nothing has been completed. Total failure by the CEO JF has to go if LVGI is ever going to succeed and make money
