I don't believe they are public records in Utah. The only "tax" ELGL is likely to have is the Franchise Tax of $100 per year.

No, because the "financial statements" are clearly bogus and invented by someone who has no clue what real financial statements are supposed to look like.

Here is a hint - the complete lack of liabilities not in one period, but every period over many years, is a dead giveaway the financials are fake.

There was no money, no revenue, and no profits. All fake.
