I believe partnership will be done before a dilution happens, even if they dilute won't affect the stock that much but some temporary downward momentum. They have money on books until late 2018. No need for dilution for now.
the company interested would not need to wait until the results are publicly announced. They have different analysis method which can tell them where the results are going. This co will be sold soon.
