#43993 RE: Dutch1 #43992

So much depends on factors outside our knowledge and control: strength of statement about patent's validity, other infringing companies back royalties, how many years of guaranteed revenue from the settlement, how many new clients expected, momentum created by day traders, and unfortunately any hair-brained statements from KK about new frontiers this will allow him to tackle, to name a few.

IF there was any indication of sustained revenue from the settlement and other new business over the years we could see a P/E of at least 10, and depending what that revenue would be we could see a very nice PPS or something much less. BUT this assumes you want to wait around to find out what that market multiplier (P/E) might become.
