Current noteholders taking co. private for monies owed and .05 to share holders. Millions owed, and 500 Million shares out. Will happen this summer. Noteholders in talks as we speak.

There could be a bidding war if management pushes for a sale.

There could also be a hostile takeover with majority s/h to get new management...so many potentially positive scenarios with the volume we've seen.

I'm buying more Monday.
