#27751 RE: Hummingbird2 #27749

G/M_DLCR_!$$$!_G/M Humm',at issue is the mouth ofthe river. Some guy who is not the govt.,but is trying topass himself off as the govt.,submitted a LNG pipeline proposal going under the river or something like that. He wanted to call it the Papau, New Guinea Pipeline to make himself look ligitimate. He is not. The Perari were in uproar, and still are.For the Perari to reach out to Warren to fix everything whereby the Perari don't get screwed is awesome. The first thing Warren had them do was submit an exploration application to the Papau,New Guinea Government_!$$$!_PUTTING ANY_&_ALL DEALINGS OF THE PERARI LAND UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF PAPAU,NEW GUINEA_NOT_the guy who wants to usurp the govt. ,but make himself look legitimate at the same time.ITs' pretty crazy, and has been going on like I posted twice now since 2003.

Exxon would love to have a deal in place with us.And they are Warrens' front runner. But it is volatile, and Billions of dollars are at stake, not to mention ligitimate land owners who appear to me as having their claims solved by Warren via submitting an application for exploration with the Papau,New Guinea govt.(like the timber Authority-who decides whose trees get cut and how many.)

Wanting to hear something will go down like this ,imo. The application will be rewarded with guidelines and Exxon and Total Oil (the operator)will begin to drill. So we will get that. Other news may come concerning a LNG pipeline, but local newspapers are our best bet there, imo, for that. These are all heavy duty negotiations Humm',Like I posted ,since 2003.So what transpires now is a very big deal.A very big deal.Warren has his hands full.
