You're right. It's over. There will be no more need for new grow facilities from here on forth.

Your right if you already are a licensed medical grower in Michigan, I would imagine you could find a facility to start your farm/facility. The only thing that Alper may have an edge on is the political ties for the locations that Michigan is willing to allow this type of business to be zoned. I am sure Michigan is looking to keep a close eye on this as not to lose any tax revenue. My ignorance of the actual process/zoning of MJ facilities in these newly legal states is what makes me wonder. Is the laws so new there aren't any zoning except regular commercial type zoning or has there been new zoning laws put in place specifically to control the locations of this type of business?
