Though I am pretty sure -1,000,000 DUTV -7,000 PTEL = 2.8-3 Billion DUTV. I didn't make that deal so the is on GM. I heard he is holding 2.1 Billion and there is about 1.35 Billion reserve shares or 3.45 Billion. That only leave 1.55 Billion if 720 Million are tied up or taken out with 240 PTEL shorts 240 X 3,000,000 = 720 million. That leaves 830 Million and if 234 of those are tied up at pyhh and taken out for a ENTI divvy's and reload. Then that only leaves 468 Million trading. If 168 million TORQ are taken out. Then you only have 300 million DUTV.

If I adjust for 2.8-3 Billion then 200-250 Million tradable shares. All things considered that is a HUGE share reduction from 5 billion and HUGE pps increase...Parking could be flying all over the place... without that share reduction you speak of...
