AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN...they've NOT chosen any of those things...but taken out toxic loans to pay themselves FIRST, and then let the converters dump away...trashing the stock to the gutter levels we see today...then wash, rinse, repeat...REVERSE SPLIT AND TICKER CHANGE.
