I originally thought maybe Parsons was just a "middle man/puppet CEO" with a background in finance to clean up the shell and do the transaction to get RAD in. At this point though, I wonder if they didn't already know each other personally and maybe Parsons stays on as a CFO or some other role post-acquisition. That picture looks more like 2 buddies than 2 businessmen working on a deal imo. Who knows!

Hey, I wouldn't mind a robot sticker myself,I AM RAD. After this play is done however, you might have a difficult time deciding whether you want to put it on the BMW or the Rolls Royce LOL. As far as Garett goes, I would not be surprised if he is involved with RAD in some way, shape or form after the merger. Steve Reinharz will continue be the CEO of RAD, however.
