When you say fraud what do you mean by that? What makes it look like a fraud to you? Have you seen them dump any shares since JZ bought the shell and reinstated it? Have you seen any fluff BS PR's? If so please share.

I have only seen a brand new CEO trying to fix a broken shell and keep us updated about it the whole time using his own money to do so.

Would love to see your DD that is convincing you that this is a fraud.
