Companies that can't do, print paper to try and try again. This one, no different, an OTC stock pretending to have an interest in science IMO. They've failed, have no cash, no investor support, so they print more paper, keep throwing darts hoping something sticks snd they find some revenue before they have to do it all over again, which, usually happens too...
