#35104 RE: EF5$tocks #35099

I trolled the bid on this stock for forty days, almost a month in a half all quiet like. I never got a hit or a partial fill, zip, nadda, nothing at all, not one share, total open order GT60, no fills.
I couldn't believe it.
I've rode the bid on a bazillion stocks and eventually I get a fill, if it's not going stratospheric.
Even then, nothing moves in a straight line, it always fluctuates and you can get a bottom fill.

Which was so exasperating that on a comparatively low volume stock with what looked like a high overhead that the Market Makers wouldn't even entertain anything on the bid at all.

My order just sat there.
So I decided to put it in at the ask, ten minutes went by and no fill, not even a bite. You've got to be kidding me, fifteen minutes went by and nothing. Finally partial fills started coming in and I got a total fill 45 minutes latter.
This was totally uncharacteristic for a low Trip Z stock.

So, a week went by and it was still the same and I put another order in and I got a partial fill and they bumped the ask and now my order was on the bid again, great.
Late in the morning a filing, not a PR, just a filing came out and I left that order in there for a week and it never completely filled, so I pulled the order.

This is really not uncharacteristic for shell stocks that usually just lay dormant for years at a time, with shareholders twiddling their collective fingers. So any activity at all is a huge blimp on a normally flat line screen.

Unless the Market Makers are doing naked fills assured that in the future they will get the shares to back fill the order, they just won't mess with it at all.
So that means that the Market Makers aren't getting shares dumped on them from the primary holder and it doesn't look like there is much of a turnover of stock being flipped either.
So that would make sense why they were not filling my order on the bid, and why they stopped with a partial fill on a day a filing was released.
So what's going to happen when an actual PR gets released on this stock?
Maybe that will free up some shares for the Market Makers or maybe it won't. But from what I'm seeing so far, this stock is trading like it already is wrapped up tight with only one way to go.
