Actually, I believe GWPH launched on NASDAQ via an "ADR".

It's my understanding they started here --

An ADR then allowed them to bundle, say, 10 Shares into 1 so they could actually sell to Institutions and such because the price would be higher "per share".

OWCP will get to this level, IMO.
