Various documents have show, quite clearly, that McCusker has spent the money.

Not only the toxic loan docs, but also, the most recent court cases in Texas and KS. He didn't have money to pay his employees nor did he have money to pay his home and office rent.

Where's all the money he is suppose to have?

Certainly with a "$25M" company he would be able to pay what is due.

Up until this week "$25M" is the number that has been quoted for his company.
