Like 2 of my other P-Co's, sdvi is new, with many areas and products yet to be developed! The sooner we see "Sense" the important areas, the sooner we can protect ourselves, and have a good advantage in being licensed-out, or Bought-out as well? Now, it is wise for the biggies to see what is already on the table, and save money through a buyout, which probably would be to their advantage dealing with a small P-Co, than go through all the cost of developing systems on their own? While patents are usually Public, anyone can study them, and develop something that is unique, yet more advanced, simply by making their Patent a little bit different! But that process, developing, testing, tweeking, and selling, takes a long time, so smarty pants Co's might want it outright! They can also sense, much like us, that SDVI is a vigorous Co' of the future, they might think we have other products on the Patent Table, that would make them think twice before developing IoT systems on their own? Who knows, but if the IoT sector is where some lesser known Co's might think is the future, then Buyouts are always possible, simply to compete with the Big guys? A lot of stagnant Co's out there, so if SDVI can present itself as a thrifty and wise Co', without too many problems, we will be sought out for negotiations, knowing that we are somewhat vulnerable, and might accept if the price is right!

But if one of our patented products like the MORPHEUS one for example, turns out to be a pretty good success right off the bat, (Fingers Crossed,) then someone will want it outright, and just use their powerful name to sell it outright? But SDVI would never go for that I don't think, unless the Cost is sensational? I am almost sure that Co's already have copies of the MORPHEUS patent on the Conference table, with everybody brainstorming ways to better it! But, hopefully, the Morpheus system will be a really good success, where other Companies will be dying to acquire it! Let's see what happens in the next year or so? Then to overcome the major deficit the Buyout firms have in overcoming the "lag" they are in, we seem to be in a good position as far as that goes??

Now there is a Negotiator by the name of JOE ABRAMS, who became the major negotiator for 2 tiny Co's with less than sensational products, and who sold both of them for a Half a billion Dollars+, who is out there to contract his services, which are many by the way, and is a guy that should be talked to! If you haven't heard of him, he helped sell "MySpace," among his credits! Then, maybe there are other guys out there just as good, maybe even better, so it wise to prepare for that possibility!
