everything is based on capital forum they report on mergers and acquisitions every article from everwhere else is based on capital forum reporting the deal is dead I don't know anything about their accuracy in the past but I figure the deal is probably dead because of health care and prescription pricing. Politics control everything in this country not common sense, or whats best. Politics makes a reasonable person unreasonable at times.
