This huge bit of info. is flying under the public radar for now.
IMO Not factored in yet. Can you just think a new AR go game to 100's millions of kids that couldn't play pokemongo. Add the natural promotion Garfield will get from the two new mega large 6 Flags park using Garfield as one of the main exhibits, this is almost unfathomable the fad factor here besides a normal smooth roll out.
Pawsinc., Jim Davis, has a $1B Garfield brand is on board backing this must know how big this could be. IMO

This should get interesting quick. Esp. with news or PR on China or etc.

Pokémon GO is banned from China mostly for using google maps.
I email the company and asked them “does Garfield Go use Google Map for its map display?”
As you can see from the copy of the email the answer is, NO GARFIELD GO DOES NOT USE GOOGLE MAPS!!!!

This is some of the biggest new for this game. We pretty much have the key to not the city but the country all for our self’s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
