If you were an investor with tens of millions of dollars to invest, why would you look at fdbl.

It's bloated with shares and toxic convertible debentures.

It has a long history of failure. The management has clearly been raping the till with ever creative methods.

It has nothing to show for "years of work".

A quick check will show that this same vehicle has been rolled back three times before you even arrived on the scene.

Stock market is on a tear, too many real opportunities!
