Only if you can find a kind broker to take those shares off your hands for a nominal fee so that your loss is crystallised. And that's easier said than done with a de-listed stock.
And of course, should you do this you will lose the (entirely illusory) opportunity for riches that some still maintain will accrue to those unfortunate enough to have been suckered in by this sorry scam and its promoters.
