Not really. These guys are good at what they do. The acquisition for Accordant Communications was to be finalized in August and they closed the deal in March, 5 months early. I'm confident they will be soon. Dan Himes, president of Accordant ran a profitable company and has joined the board.
I thought the same thing. Another poster poonted out that the new management had hired a third party company to investigate how shares were previously issued. Once they complete their investigation than they will most likely update the filings. Cheeky will know more as he seems like the DD guru
