If "the present government in Nigeria is making progress on overcoming the graft and corruption to some extent" it would indicate to me that EO has been pushed out, which is consistent with news out of Nigeria. Not so good for ERHE.

Elcrest is a wholly owned subsidiary of Eland Oil and Starcrest oil is working with Elcrest Oil. ERHC has the connections, the equipment and pieces of land that will assist these other oil companies. ERHC used to be th ebig boy on the block. Eland Oil is now the conglomerate. ERHC still has an MOU with Starcrest which as I stated has an interest with Elcrest in OML 40. There will be profits for all.
