DannyJ, I believe the share cancellation means EZ2 will cancel restricted shares that are returned to the company! In effect, this will reduce the number of Outstanding Shares (OS). This can have a positive effect on share price!

As for the RM (Reverse Merger), it is rumored that EZ2 is working on a RM with a revenue-producing company that has audited financials (according to MIKEY)! A RM can effectively bring immediate revenue into the company. A substantial jump in revenue can have a positive effect on share price!

So, in essence, if JB is back on board and successfully reducing debt, then succeeds in cancelling shares and RMing with a revenue-producing company, then EZ2 should continue the upward trend. EZ2 should also be able to maintain a much higher share price once these actions are fully executed!

These are the actions that GREENS, MIKEY, MIMIC, HSSB, yourself, and others have been patiently waiting for.
