As for reporting them as a buy or sell and the time..... often times mm's show trades after hours even though there is no trading after hours on penny stocks. That is the MM's closing out their daily order books and by law have to report all missed trades from the day by a certain period after the close. As for showing as a sell when it was a buy, I think that is determined by if the order went thru as a bid or at the ask. It can get to be a grey area on that.
