When a CEO makes a report that he has 10 mines ready to be mined or he needs PP money to start drilling and spends it somewhere else, or says he is going to get involved with oil, or, state he is going to get millions on Uranium, does not make a naive investor, if they buy because of those statements.
If those are not lies than it certainly stretching the truth or very bad informed CEO.
