Why then when you call the T/A does he/she state they have a gag order from the co. and cannot divulge the info. Dilution likely?

Was just looking for clarification from someone who stated has a direct source to a T/A.

The response from co.s issuing a supposed gag order was to curtail the naked shorts; which I also believe is possible bs as well.

Yep, that's exactly what they say. I'm surprised at 500, really. He was a CMKX shareholder, and should therefore know all about it.

That's absurd. Why should the (almost always nonexistent) naked shorts care what the o/s is?
