Key word is proposal. Give some details. Was ARYC contacted by Unitma. Or did ARYC contact Unitma. Big difference.

What's the proposal entail? Product distribution? Is their ongoing negotiations?

They've posted numerous times about VWR but you won't find their microarrays for sale on the VWR website.
