if they sell the company for less then fair market there will be lawsuits... this move is about bringing in money to cover debts and expand fleet... which they disclosed .... so everyone was aware what they were buying into. I think someone will come in and buy up a lot of shares here making the stock price jump big time and an announcement about the closing of the purchase of new ships will again surge the price... and then follow that with the closing of the open selling by mgmt and you have got a perfect storm of news to boost this market cap back to normal levels
