Nevada SOS shows authorized shares not shares outstanding. For example TRKG ungagged TA Shares outstanding is 152.8m shares. But Nevada Authorized shares for TRKG is 425m. The HD filing only shows us authorized shares there might only be 100m shares outstanding of HDI.

They registered their private corporation (H-D International) also in Nevada, to effectuate the reverse merger into the Public Shell (TRKG)
