Marks beware. The FDA denied and banned this fraud 4 years ago and this scam was tripped up by their own phony press release as the FDA noted in their DENIAL letter when they referred this scam to COMPLIANCE. These fraudsters are hiding from COMPLIANCE--and there is NO other "application" in front of the FDA. Basically they used another phony press release as they have done countless times to try and bilk hapless marks
