Cause GE is never going to stop diluting until he actually acquires some stock. I must say I've never seen anything like this and I've been in this dumb game for 30 years. The undervaluation must mean no one trusts the insider values of the ships that GE sells and buys from DRYS. I cant believe no one has shut this con down. All GE has to due is have a lawyers signature and the value is legit? Such a joke
