Basically, this is a overpriced shell, which it being hugely diluted and one in which no truly valuable company would ever merge into, unless they are incompetent!
AGAIN, key to this and a question which NO ONE WILL ANSWER, is why 500,000,000 shares are being issued if they are to be retired? Why not 100 shares?
In addition, no one provides any sales/profit info on PERSPECTIVE LLC... Why? Because no one has provided such!
