What would be the purpose for them to pump the share price? They are clearly not diluting. What is the benefit of the pump if there is not dump?

TTCM directors (and former directors) retired 1.34 billion common shares and locked them away for 5 years, a $3 pps, or an uplist to Nasdaq whichever comes first.
TTCM has no toxic notes and they are not diluting to fund operations or to waste money on office space that isn't needed.
TTCM management are heavily invested in their company.
