It's not biotech. There's nothing "bio" or "tech" about it. It's a chemical used for cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting. It's an industrial product. It's been around for a long time and lot of folks have kicked the tires. If it finds a niche as a supplemental product to chlorine, great.
