Probably not signing contacts but will leave we'll informed with valid reasons to follow up with contracts a month or 8 later. Production capabilities is going to determine if the contracts can be fullfiled. We're all still riding on the DD and summation. We'll know when fins and PRs are available. Not try to be a neg just being realistic. Now when RO is allowed to open the gate we'll see thunderous horses being ridden by wild chickens and wild weasels.
