That's crazy if he really thought that the reason for the restricted trading at certain broker is because they aren't fully SEC reporting yet. Hundreds of stocks are not SEC reporting and can be bought at all brokers. Just goes to show you how clueless some of these CEO's are when it comes to the OTC. Orie is certainly not the only one.
