#364853 RE: Sleepy2016 #364851

Yeah, I unnerstand that you want a big equity chunk of my $2350 used car in exchange for the imaginary $21 million. How about 20 percent ownership of the $2350 car for the imaginary $21 million? Seems fair to me.

Oh wait, I forgot to mention the court judgements that are unpaid and pending - as ENFORCEMENT JUDGMENTS. So if those judgments are nott PAID IN FULL, then any use of the $21 million to 'buy/lease stuph' would be recoverable from whomever it is trasnferred to - in BKese it would be a "fraudulent conveyance" and, BTW, the individual who CONcealed the court judgements from the lender (and from the parties that the munny was transferred to post-loan) would be committing FELONY FRAUD.

Kinda like lying to a bank to gett a mortgage.

Y'know, the kind of FELONY FRAUD that people never go to Federal prison and wash dishtrays for.

Yeah, that kind.

Lemme know if the 20 percent equity in the $2350 car is cool in exchange for the $21 million non-committal, non-binding LOI.
