I will continue to trade this as it hits my targets.
I owned this ticker years ago and figure they still owe me a bit. This year I have been doing pretty decent.
Still don't trust this.

Good luck but careful being long team.

Good Luck. All the longs here will reap huge rewards by being patient.

I'm predicting the month of July will be an unforgettable month for the ADHC shareholders.

timmyk responding to your message back in 2017 prior to you getting frustrated on how long it has been taking for this to finally fly,

I do remember you losing patience with $ADHC, im cool with it and understand it... you know I have been following this for a long time

its realized that some of the old merger candidates did not work out the way that they were initially planned to work out... however, those catalysts were unable to get shareholder value where it needed to be....

the OTC has many subpenny shells that are looking for candidates and initiatives to finally be a fit and get their shareholder value to increase....

over the years, $ADHC, just like all other OTC subpennys, have made attempts to vet and negotiate with candidates to bring to fruition the potential of this stock....

each time that has happened, this stock would move from the .0020 area and/or sometimes the trips and make its way to a penny or nearly a penny each time....

Since I spotted this back in 2016, I have seen this happen routinely

What I also noticed is that throughout that time, they never would really kill the share structure... they would not dilute it to death into 10 billion shares....

I didnt even need to be good at calling a bottom here, a move from like .0020 to .0060 was 300 percent.... I couldnt complain.... I would make some money and then also hold some for the lotto, when it would dip, reload more on top of my lotto stash and it would happen again with each candidate....

look at $SEEK, $TBEV, $INCC, etc.... these stocks are all nearly 6 to 7 billion floats and $ADHC has never done that....

Did they dilute sometimes, yes, however, that dilution was more for the servicing of the company to raise funds to keep it current...

imo,
Remo has had this company for years and has not been able to find the right merger or acquisition candidate to make it rise in shareholder value the way that he wanted it to rise....

Hence, he would find someone, they would not live up to their end of the deal and then he would continue looking....

The thing about filling a public company, its not easy, these deals take time .... they are not just 1,2 punch deals and we go....

in my opinion, its a positive thing that they looked for many candidates to see how the market would react and whether or not they could be something of value to shareholders...

If I was running a public entity looking for merge candidates as a holding company, I would do it the exact same way.... you keep trying until it pans out....

What has kept me here is very simple and clear.... in the OTC world, the subby stock world.... its rare to see a float stay this low over a period of 5 years.... seriously.... try to find one that has not been diluted into a bloated pig?

they all do it, and they do it to the point where it kills their stock....

just recently here in the OTC, the world has gone nuts and these 3 billion floaters are moving.... heck one of them made it to a $1.... its crazy ridiculous....

so I understand that this thing took a long time to finally find the best candidates to date.... so the question is now, can they deliver on this ?

part 1 - deals like this need shareholder value to work....

part 2 - if shareholder value is there, volume is there.... the money will be there too...

some will say that this is shit because it took so long.... I do not look at it that way...

this stock has been an amazing piggy bank for investors over the years...

8 different times it has ran 300% to 400% from the lows to the highs...

and throughout all that time

it has always kept this same solid share structure... very rare in subbyworld..

so all the posts and the nonsense that says... they diluting like a pig.... i know its nonsense.... because its never happened....

this time, I feel they are getting it right with the best candidates and the best sectors....

here is that historical chart, 8 different runs from low subs to a penny or nearly a penny, good luck to everyone.... I feel this time they have solid professionals in these acquisition candidates and their sectors are on the money during these times..... and with this low float in tact I cannot see why we cannot beat higher then $AABB that has 1.5 billion float and went to 65 cents per share....
