Yup, that betamax breathalyzer looks great! So did the first laser docs that were a foot in diameter. But history shows us that first is not final. And only history will tell which one takes market share. It's not over by any measure, and the fat lady isn't even at the venue yet. Our buddies at Hound can say whatever they want, there is no burden of proof on them. Maybe they have the worlds most wonderfullest breathalyzer. But maybe they have a cobbled together prototype that isn't very accurate and requires constant recalibration. And maybe because they are not publicly traded they can spew whatever bullshit they want in press releases with no backlash from shareholders. Only time will tell. At this time, the ONLY company that is (a) developing a marijuana breathalyzer and (b) publicly traded so folks can invest in it is Cannabix. Like the pizza box says, "you tried the rest, we're open!"
I'll keep holding BLOZF long.

And to share how poorly and singularly that misinterpreted piece of information is, without even understanding what is being reported, and from the same source as the one you attached...

Clinical Trials

In May 2017, we began clinical trials at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) to independently validate the accuracy and reliability of the Hound marijuana breathalyzer. The trials we are conducting with UCSF provide the opportunity to subject the Hound breathalyzer to even more exhaustive testing with human subjects and to correlate the findings with measurements from a highly accurate and sophisticated mass spectrometer. We anticipate that data from the first clinical trial will be published later this year.

Oops! Guess you missed that.

So, they did a roadside "test" (and published not one positive thing about that) to see what?, if it worked at all?, before any clinical testing to see if it was even designed correctly. Wonder how that R+D going for them.

DD really does matter. Take a look at the whole picture and the context. I know what I own. Do you own any part of Hounds?

Hoyo, with all due respect. (And I truly mean this)

Check out who these people at Hounds really are. http://houndlabs.com/team/ Marketers, promoters, law enthusiasts, movie producers, MJ enthusiasts. How do you really believe that this is going to turn into something viable?

I appreciate your enthusiasm for the "hopes" of the company. But there is nothing there. I'm afraid the "Mike and Jenny Lynn Show" is just that. (From Mike's own Bio, which they posted online themselves, "Mike worked for 10 years as a venture capitalist specializing in medical devices and biotechnology." and "Mike is currently a deputy sheriff (reserve) and fully qualified and active SWAT team member.", and from Jenny's "An experienced marketing executive with an extensive background launching new companies and products across a wide range of business sectors, Jenny has experience in the finance, consumer products, education, and tech industries. ")

Just two people trying to cash in on something hot right now. Nothing more. I wish the best for both of them. And you too.

This isn't the right board for you to be posting about them or their company.
