my little bird suggests 240 shorts have to be covered. If ECGR is the pathway...


The delsiting filed requires Form 25 to be filed June 23, 2017. The finance I refer to on 4.4 Million is from June 30, 2011.

The letter I received from TradeKing concerning Apex Clearing Corp is dated January, 2014. If I allow for the margin court battles and 2 years Dodd/Frank requirements.

June 30 seems to be the end of the road and some times a additional 30-90 days are given.

If I consider the little birds Divvy due date of September-October for those IYP divvy's payments in leu of cash given to ENTI share holders.

I would have to consider the star's are aligned.... $1.29 though, would have to be the average price on all my ENTI shares, or Apex will have to eat the surcharges as I am not paying for them.
