LOL.....it is going to be a Lawyers dream! For both sides. If the frivolous lawsuit against IPCI is any indication, you can bet they will fight this tooth and nail for years just like the Tobacco industry. thats what they want! To stop the nickle and dime multiple lawsuits and have one federal lawsuit that they can then throw out a few hundred million for treatment centers etc and be done with it. until then its going to be just what we are seeing with our case. stall,stall, stall then throw in motions and stall some more and then if you loose at some point file for a new venue and repeat. Face it, did you ever wonder how the case could have been heard by the Supreme Court and now they are back at it with Coll? LOL....amazing.
