No telling. Maybe someone who bought in the 4's didn't want to wait around and is chasing waterfalls. I doubt they'll get them back lower if that is what they were trying. Tick tock. Trading thin.

Somebody sold a million shares into the Bid. Who knows and who cares, it is a Summer market and the volume has been low, but with major news around the corner, they will soon see they made a huge mistake. I know what's coming here, and I'm not parting with any shares at these levels. Dump all you want, and good luck getting them back.

Dude,

"Who is the seller ? "

My guess is management. Either there is further dilution, or management is dumping after the pump...or a combination of both.

I use to sell businesses for a bit. One easy way, and there are many, to value a business is ten times net. This is a solid formula for a high net business. If these Corporate Clinics end up netting 2 million a piece that would make the 5 Corporate Clinics worth 100 million. 2 million x 10 = 20 million x 5 = 100 million. Who would buy them out? Could be anyone. They are not hard to manage and are Cash Cows.... We really do not need a buy out. Just keep growing the business, up list, start paying a dividend..... and you have a whole lot of wealth generated..

So as far as I am concerned as we sit right now with the 5 Corporate Clinics and 3 affiliates we should have a market cap of at least 100 million. which puts the share price at least .14
There is at least 1 more Clinic announced...maybe two it was unclear in that PR if they were counting St. Augustine or talking about another clinic other than St. Augustine.
