Good or bad, there are rules that publicly-traded, SEC-reporting companies are supposed to abide by, to create a level playing field. Should Company A (LBSR) be allowed to quote in-ground dollar values (because JB is a wonderful human being?), but Company B should not be allowed to do so?

Maybe LBSR should file a Form 15, and join the ranks of non-reporting companies where anything goes?

Should be no business of bureaucrats to dictate to geologists.

I think most geologists would agree....don't need no dang bureacrats! Or rules. Or regulations. I really should finish that Acme Geologist coursework....so bureacrats won't bother me anymore.
