that was just the tip of the ice berg...there were no PRs, no acquisitions, no profitability, not the announced revenue, not the maintance of the SS - nothing of all he said BUT the opposite, such as more toxic notes, raise of AS from 500M to 8B, raise of the OS from 30M to 800M, false acquisition PR etc all within a year!
