...But you are right, OTC is the wild wild west. All the more reason to have great governance, a Chairman and CFO wth his/her eye on exactly where those shares are placed to help assure share price stability.
...Otherwise what's the point of investing if leadership just needs the cash and to hell with common shareholders.
